Our Practice

Nicholas Jay Architect is a professional practice offering architectural services in Toronto and the GTA since 2016.

We focus on the adaptive reuse and renovation of commercial and industrial building projects with construction budgets up to $4-million.

Our mission is to leverage architecture for the benefit of your organization and its place in the community.

We achieve this in three areas of practice:

Our Principal

Nick Jay, OAA is the firm's principal architect. He personally oversees all projects as a single point of contact.

During his career, Nick has proven his ability to produce architecture with technical proficiency and an elegant yet practical design.

His project experience ranges in size from 400 sf to 400,000 sf including new buildings, additions, and renovations throughout Ontario.
