Pre-Design Phase discovers your project's potential. We research the zoning by-law for your property and optimize the site statistics. A space program of room areas is calculated to fit the building size. Identify the necessary surveys, engineers, and municipal approval processes. Outline a preliminary construction cost estimate and project schedule. Make an informed decision about project feasibility.

Step 2: Design Phase

Design Phase advances an architectural concept progressively from schematic design through design development to construction documents. Begin with a schematic site plan and floor plans. Develop the design with a 3D rendering. Verify construction assemblies and details with construction documents. Coordinate with professional engineers and apply for approvals.
